The Farm & Products

We specialize in the cultivation of organic blueberries, currants und raspberries on three hectares. The first harvest starts at the end of June and the second in mid-August.
In autumn, we also harvest walnuts and hazelnuts from around 20 trees.
All of the necessary plant care and maintenance is done by hand without the use of machines and we completely avoid pesticides when growing them. Fresh, clear mountain water nourishes the plants. Deliberately, we do not use peat but stick to sawdust and bark mulch instead in order to keep the ph-value low. Local sawmills sell us their leftovers to use on the fields.
From February to October, we’re working on the farm almost everyday.

We offer fresh berries, nuts, liquors and fruit spreads both for direct sale on the farm and in local supermarkets and farmers markets.

If you decide to visit our farm, you also have the chance to purchase freshly harvested berries or any of our other homemade products.
